Liquid Urethane Rubber
Polythane 560 is a 100% solids non-MOCA and T.D. I free polyurethane system. Its low viscosity, self-levelling properties, and moderate durometer make it a unique product for mold making applications. It also has excellent electrical and physical properties which make it a choice material for electrical potting as well and has a minimum loss of hardness at elevated temperatures.

Mixing Instructions
    Pre-mix Part A and Part B separately. Then measure 100:50 parts by weight (A to B). Mix thoroughly scraping the sides and bottom of the container. Evacuate and then pour into mold or cavity.

Cure Schedule
Room temperature cure @ 75 °F for 24 hours.
Elevated temperature cure @ 100 °F 4 hours.
